My order
- Do I have to enter my stand number to order online?
No, you can place your order without providing your stand number, by simply entering your company name.
- When will I receive my invoice?
Once you have confirmed your order online, an order confirmation will be sent to you by email and the Exhibitor Service department will send you the corresponding invoice.
- Do I have to pay by bank card on the online sales site?
You can pay by bank card, but also by cheque or bank transfer upon receipt of the invoice, which will be sent to you following your online order.

No, there isn't, so think about your printing and equipment needs in advance.

- Where can I find all the technical information concerning my event?
In the Technical Guide provided by the organiser.
- What is the deadline for ordering services for my stand?
For events at the Lyon Convention Centre, services must be ordered no later than three weeks before the event.
- How can I find out what my stand number is?
The organiser decides how the stands for the exhibition/fair will be laid out, and so you must get your stand number from him/her.
- Who should I contact to obtain a floor plan of the exhibition/fair?
The organiser of the exhibition/fair you are taking part in.
- How do I obtain my badges?
Check with the organiser to find out how you can collect your exhibition/fair access badges (by email or on site when you arrive).
Technical Questions
- What is the maximum height for overhead fittings, if such an option is provided by the organiser?
At the Lyon Convention Centre, the theoretical maximum height for overhead fittings is 5.5m.
However, the organiser may impose a different maximum height; for this information, please refer to the exhibitors' technical guide.
- What is the maximum floor load authorised in the halls?
400 kg/m². Please contact us for more information.
Weight distribution panels are required if the maximum permitted load is to be exceeded.
- How do I indicate where the services ordered are to be positioned/placed?
Using the "Stand layout plan sheet" available under the "Consult & download" section.
- How do I connect to the WiFi?
Each event is different, so please refer to the technical guide for details concerning the WiFi access at the exhibition/fair you are taking part in.
- When can I have my parcels delivered?
On the days during which the event is being set up (assembly phase). An additional charge will be invoiced if you ask for a delivery to be made before the assembly phase.
- When can I recover my parcels after the event?
During the dismantling phase.
