"We had a really good relationship with the venue's teams, both in terms of the support they provided in preparing for the event and on the big day itself. The venue was perfect for an event with 350 people and the fact we had access to the outside spaces was a real plus. We were also really pleased with the services provided during the day: the way the room was set up, being able to do a rehearsal the day before, and all the work that was done for the plenary session (thanks to the production team!), the meal and the stands. We received very positive feedback from our participants."

The day before final set-up, the teams anticipated the installation of the lighting and lifting the trussing into position so that the decorators could install fixtures and fittings ahead of schedule, which meant we could start rehearsals in good conditions at 4pm. The teams adapted quickly to some last-minute adjustments we wanted to make to the lighting garlands, which included a few small additions that were even not invoiced, so we were very grateful for that. Christophe did a top-notch job. Well done to Julia for responding to the customer's last-minute request concerning the stands for the exhibits. A great success! A big thank you to everyone!"

The catering was completely in line with our expectations and, as you noted, that was a key point for us! 😉The photography service was also really good. The venue already has an active CSR policy, with waste sorting and water fountains available.
