This September, La Sucrière will host a new exhibition presented by Tempora:

« Robert Doisneau: Instants Donnés », the largest retrospective devoted to the photographer in nearly twenty years.

Developed in collaboration with the Atelier Robert Doisneau, founded by his daughters Annette Doisneau and Francine Deroudille, the exhibition offers a rich and renewed perspective on the photographer’s work. 

Far from the reductive image of a nostalgic chronicler of old Paris, this retrospective highlights an artist deeply rooted in his time, a keen observer of society and human relationships.
