The 32nd edition of Equita Lyon, le Salon du cheval de Lyon, and the Longines Equita Lyon, Concours Hippique International, will take place from October 28 to November 1, 2026, at Lyon-Eurexpo.

A leading European event in the international equestrian calendar, Equita Lyon brings together enthusiasts, professionals, riders, and the general public every year for a unique event. For five days, Lyon becomes the world capital of equestrian sports and hosts Europe’s largest collection of horses under one roof.

With a program combining top-level competition, an introduction to the equine industry, shows, activities, and networking opportunities, Equita Lyon, le Salon du cheval de Lyon, and the Longines Equita Lyon, Concours Hippique International reaffirm their status as must-attend events on the international equestrian calendar.

MORE THAN JUST A TRADE SHOW—AN IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE IN THE WORLD OF EQUESTRIANISM !

In 2025, the trade show welcomed nearly 200,000 visitors. In 2026, Equita Lyon offers a new immersive experience at the heart of the world of horses, ponies, and equestrianism in a space spanning more than 145,000 square meters of exhibition space. Over five days, visitors will be able to watch national and international competitions, discover numerous breeds, and enjoy demonstrations and ongoing activities across the fair’s various arenas.

Exhibitors and breeders will be on hand to showcase the latest innovations in the equestrian sector. The Health Center, the Cultural Hub, the Startup Village, and areas dedicated to children ensure that everyone can enjoy an experience tailored to their interests.
