The venue was perfect for an event with 350 people and the fact we had access to the outside spaces was a real plus. We were also really pleased with the services provided during the day: the way the room was set up, being able to do a rehearsal the day before, and all the work that was done for the plenary session (thanks to the production team!), the meal and the stands. We received very positive feedback from our participants."

"The contact with Marlène was great; she was really responsive and always understood our problems and requests. On site, Rémi was very helpful and the GL teams were extremely available and friendly. The day before final set-up, the teams anticipated the installation of the lighting and lifting the trussing into position so that the decorators could install fixtures and fittings ahead of schedule, which meant we could start rehearsals in good conditions at 4pm. The teams adapted quickly to some last-minute adjustments we wanted to make to the lighting garlands, which included a few small additions that were even not invoiced, so we were very grateful for that. Christophe did a top-notch job. Well done to Julia for responding to the customer's last-minute request concerning the stands for the exhibits. A great success! A big thank you to everyone!"
