Access
Located halfway between Lyon city centre and Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport/TGV station, Eurexpo Lyon is ideally situated and easy to get to, whatever means of transport you decide to use.
By plane
Eurexpo Lyon is just 20 minutes from Lyon-Saint Exupéry international airport
- Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport, France's 2nd largest regional airport, has direct flights to 116 cities, including 96 international destinations (36 countries) with 44 airlines
- Lyon-Saint Exupéry is easy to get to with its excellent interconnecting transport networks: high-speed train (TGV) and the Rhônexpress, a rail link that runs every 15 minutes to Lyon city centre (less than 30 minutes travel)
- Lyon-Bron Business airport is also just 5 minutes from Eurexpo Lyon

Close to the A43 and A46 motorways, Eurexpo Lyon is at the heart of the European motorway network, just 4 hours from Paris, 3 hours from Marseille, 1.5 hours from Geneva and 3 hours from Turin.
Easily accessible by car, the exhibition centre is 20 minutes from Lyon-Saint Exupéry international airport and 20 minutes from the city centre.

Eurexpo Lyon is served by the T5 tramway every day (from Grange Blanche, Eurexpo Lyon stop).
During certain trade fairs, you can also take the Bus N100 to Eurexpo Lyon (from Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie, Eurexpo Lyon stop).

Book a meeting room
In addition to having an exhibition stand, you may also wish to organise a meeting, a conference, a buffet reception, a lunch or an evening party, for example. Eurexpo Lyon has 26 modular meeting rooms at your disposal in different locations around the exhibition centre, all close to the exhibition halls:
- Espace Lumière: 5 rooms for between 20 and 650 people,
- Espace Mezzanine: 6 rooms for between 20 and 400 personnes and 1 VIP lounge for 24 people,
- Espace Confluence: 5 rooms and 1 lounge, for 20 to 500 people, in the heart of the Eurexpo Lyon Convention Centre,
- Espace Paul Bocuse: 2 rooms for between 20 and 180 people,
- South and North Patios: 6 rooms for between 20 and 450 people.
The Mezzanine 1 room is a modern, welcoming VIP space; a perfect place for organising your public relations meetings, press meetings and buffet receptions.
All these rooms have foyers (with natural light) that can be used to host your welcome-coffee receptions and buffets.
ADVANTAGES: Our team is on hand to help you organise your event and offer all kinds of additional services: general contracting, sound systems, video, catering, hospitality and reception staff and security staff.

The show is also an exchange, during which Laurent Pakihivatau will pass on his culture and philosophy of life through this unusual dance.
MATMUT STADIUM INSIDE - AN OFFBEAT GUIDED TOUR
Discover the history of an exceptional, historic site with the "Matmut Stadium Inside" tour - A dramatised guided tour of the stadium.
The stadium will no longer hold any secrets for you and your guests after taking part in the dramatised tour of Gerland's Matmut Stadium. The tour is staged by professionals who turn the venue's history into a magical theatrical experience.
The tour is open to groups of 100 to 400 people (divided into sub-groups of around 40 people). It gives participants a behind-the-scenes look at the rich history of this iconic sports stadium, through 7 dramatised scenes set in 7 different locations around the venue.
The tour takes you on a journey through time, during which you will discover the stadium's 100 years of history and the story of LOU Rugby through astonishing anecdotes related and acted out by professional actors: listen to the architect Tony Garnier, learn about the Mayor Edouard Herriot and witness the drive and commitment of the current head coach of LOU Rugby.
Come and experience the team-sprit and passion of the players in the dressing room before a match.
