It is a great joy and privilege to host JFN 2025 in Lyon. 

The teams from the AUVERGNE-RHONE-ALPES region working in nutrition have built the program in collaboration with the administrative and scientific committees of SFN and SFNCM to offer diversity in the topics covered and excellence in the invited speakers. 

Many themes will be highlighted, from sarcopenia to obesity, including the microbiota, new foods, and the impact of social inequalities on access to healthy eating. We hope you will find both high-quality training and enjoyable moments of sharing that will make this event as interesting as it is pleasant.
